PP PIZZA


Ingredients:
- Kefir 400 ml;
- Eggs 2 pcs;
- Corn flour 100 g;
- Flour c / grain 150 g;
- Olive oil 2 tbsp;
- salt;
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Stuffing optional. I have cheese, tomato paste, tomatoes, olives, Italian herbs and homemade ham.

Cooking:

1. Combine kefir with salt, add the egg and vegetable oil, mix.
2. Add the flour and baking powder to the resulting mass. The dough turns out quite liquid, a little thicker than on pancakes.
3. We spread the dough with a thin layer on a silicone mat or parchment, ~ 5-7 mm thick.
4. We send to the oven for 15 minutes at 180g. We get it, grease with tomato paste on top, put slices of ham or chicken, olives, tomatoes, sprinkle with grass and cheese.
5. Send to the oven for another 10 minutes.
