Chicken Liver Terrine


Great quick appetizer of chicken liver, herbs and eggs.

Ingredients

500 gr. chicken (boiled liver)
6 pcs chicken egg (boiled)
8 pcs chicken egg (raw)
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch parsley
to taste pepper (ground)
to taste salt
Servings: 6

Finely chop all the greens. If possible, add green feathers of garlic. Put the prepared greens in a bowl.

Cut the finished chicken liver with eggs into medium pieces and spread to the greens.

Beat raw eggs in a bowl with a fork, add to greens, liver, boiled eggs and mix gently.

Lubricate the cake pan with butter and pour the prepared mass from the liver.

We send the form with the mass into the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the terrine is covered with a brown crust.

We take out the fragrant terrine from the oven, cool. Using a knife, carefully remove the appetizer, cut and serve. Bon Appetit!
