APPLE PIE
APPLE PIE
⠀
A tear-off apple pie turns out to be very fragrant, beautiful, tender and delicious. And also be sure to please relatives and friends!
⠀
Ingredients:
⠀
Dough:
Milk - 150 ml.
Instant yeast - 1.5 tsp
Egg - 1 pc.
Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 50 gr.
Flour - 370 gr.
⠀
Filling:
Apples - 3 pcs. (small)
Cane sugar - 40 gr.
Cinnamon - ½ tsp
Vegetable oil - to lubricate the mold
⠀
Cooking:
⠀
1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, salt, sour cream, egg and melted butter. Mix well. Sift the flour.
Knead the dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place to rise, for 25-30 minutes.
⠀
2. Meanwhile, mix cane sugar with cinnamon. Wash the apples, core and cut into slices. Roll each slice in cane sugar with cinnamon.
⠀
3. After 25-30 minutes, the dough should increase in volume.
Roll out the dough, about 0.7 cm thick. Cut the circles. Put a slice of apple on each circle. Pinch each apple slice into a circle of dough and place it in a baking dish (I have a shape of 26 cm, in a big circle I laid out whole apple slices, and in the middle half), covered with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with the remaining cane sugar and cinnamon (if any).
⠀
4. Leave for 15 minutes in a warm place, so that the slices “fit” a little. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
⠀
Remove the finished cake from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and can be served. Pieces of cake are easily separated from each other.
⠀
Bon Appetit!
