BANANA DESSERT
Ingredients:
- 180 g cream cheese
- 120 g sour cream
- 50 g peanut butter
- 20 g of gelatin
- 120 ml of water
- sweetener to taste
- 2 ripe bananas
Cooking:
1. We dissolve gelatin in water according to the instructions.
2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and peanut butter, add gelatin and sweetener, whip again.
3. Cut bananas into arbitrary pieces. Add the banana slices to the creamy mass, mix.
4. Cover the deep plate with cling film (so that the edges of the film remain free) and put the creamy mass in it. We clean in the refrigerator.
5. Turn the plate over, using the free edges of the film, remove the dessert from the plate. Decorate at will.
