For the test:
- Cottage cheese 200 g

- 5 g of olive oil

For filling:

- Broccoli cabbage 200 g frozen
- You can add more Bulgarian pepper
Fill:
- 2 eggs
- 60 ml of milk
🔹 Preparation:
1. We make an elastic dough from all the ingredients. It is not tight. You can just wet your hands in water and then it will not stick and you can safely distribute it in shape.
2. It is better to take a shape not smaller than 25 cm in size. It is necessary that there is not a thick base, so a small form will not work. Distribute in shape and make edges.
3. Pierce with a fork and set to bake for 20 minutes
4. ️ For the filling, cut the red fish into small cubes
5. ️ Boil cabbage for 2-3 minutes
6. ️ Cut into small inflorescences
7. ️Can add other vegetables
8. ️ We reach our base in 20 minutes and distribute the filling
9. ️ Fill with a filling of 2 eggs and milk
10. ️ Salt and pepper to taste
