Ingredients:
- For omelet:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of any hard cheese
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp decoys
For filling:
- 300-350 g of minced chicken
- 2 large onions
- salt pepper
Cooking:
- 1. Omelet:
- Eggs, mayonnaise, cheese (grate), semolina put in a bowl and mixed until smooth. Let the semolina swell a little, and we will do the filling ourselves.
- 2. Filling:
- Take the ratio of meat and onion to your taste. Chop the onions and fry them until transparent. oil.
- Then she put it in a blender and chopped it. Combined minced meat, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover the baking sheet with paper and grease with vegetable oil. Pour out the dough.
- Bake at 180 ° C until lightly browned. Remove the paper. Spread the forcemeat over the entire surface of the omelet. Roll up the roll. Wrap the roll with foil.
- Oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Allow to cool in the foil so that all the juice that has flowed out is absorbed into the roll.
