Lavash hot appetizer

This unusual crunchy pita appetizer will delight you with its taste, and especially those who are not indifferent to pasties.

Ingredients:
- 6 thin pita bread
- 200 g of chicken ventricles
- 200 g chicken hearts
- 150 g of hard cheese
- 2 eggs
- green onions
- dill
- pepper, salt
- vegetable oil for frying

Boil the ventricles and hearts and grind them in a blender.
⠀
We chop dill and onion with a knife and add to the giblets.
⠀
Using a fine grater, rub the cheese, mix it with other ingredients, add the yolks, salt, pepper and mix well.
⠀
The filling is ready. Now we cut the pita bread into triangles, put the filling on the edge of the pita bread and wrap it in the form of “cigars”, greasing the tips with protein.

Fry them in vegetable oil. After frying, put the “cigars” on a napkin to remove excess fat.

Crispy beauties are ready! Serve with sour cream.
