New Year's salad "BROWN"


A delicious and elegant winter salad that is perfect for the New Year's table in the New Year of the Rat 2020. Cook for health!


📝Ingredients:
Smoked Chicken - 160 grams;
Potato - 3 pcs;
Onions - 0.5 pcs;
Chicken egg - 3 pcs;
Pickles - 3 pcs;
Almonds - 100 grams;
Mayonnaise - to taste;
Salt to taste;
Ground black pepper to taste

📝How to cook:
Before you start cutting and assembling the salad, boil the potatoes in a peel until tender and let it cool. Also boil the eggs, cool. Cut into small cubes and combine in one bowl smoked chicken meat (I have chicken meat), eggs, onions (onions or green), potatoes and pickles.

Pour the salad ingredients with mayonnaise, add ground pepper and salt to taste (do not use salt if the cucumbers are sufficiently salty).

Stir the salad and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let it brew.

Now put the salad on the dish with a knoll so that it resembles a cone in shape. Coat the surface of the salad with a little mayonnaise.

And now we turn the salad into a cone - on the surface of the salad we spread the almonds (dried in the oven or in a pan). Nuts need to be slightly pressed into the salad to hold.

We close the base with small spruce twigs or rosemary sprigs - the salad is ready!
