PIE-Wreath WITH BACON, CHEESE AND EGG
Ingredients:
• fresh puff pastry dough 500g
• bacon 150g (can be replaced with ham from turkey)
• hard cheese 100g
• boiled chicken eggs 2pcs
• black pepper • greens to taste
•sesame
Cooking:
Defrost the dough and roll out a little.
Cut even from 8 or more triangles (see photo). Put them in a circle close to each other (photo).
Put slices of bacon on the dough.
Grate the cheese and put half in a circle. Then lay the boiled and finely chopped eggs on top of the cheese (I crushed it with a fork), and fill it with the rest of the cheese.
Close the edges inward, pinch each tip well.
Grease the cake with whipped yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle the finished pie with herbs
