POTATOES ON A VILLAGE WITH HORENOUS SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:

any vegetable oil (I have rice)

π½1 tbsp corn starch
πΆ1 tsp smoked sweet paprika (optional, but very tasty)
ΠΠΌ Himalayan or sea salt to taste

Sauce:

300 g of yogurt or sour cream
1-2 tbsp horseradish (ready-made from a jar)
