Salad in tartlets 



For the salad, pre-boil the chicken fillet in salt water. And then just follow my step-by-step instructions on how to prepare a salad in tartlets for children. Such a simple dish will, moreover, look great on the holiday table. Try it!

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet : 1 Pieces (half),
Carrots: 2 Pieces,
Egg: 2 Pieces,
Sour cream: 2-3 Tablespoons,
Dill: to taste,
salt to taste,
Tartlets: 1 Piece (packing),
Canned peas: 2-3 Tablespoons

Preparation:

Prepare the products for the salad. Tartlets will need only sand, waffle can lose shape. Boil the chicken, carrots and eggs. Cool them and clean.
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
Cut boiled carrots into cubes.
Part of the eggs protein leave for decoration, the rest cut into cubes.
Fold all the salad ingredients into a salad bowl, add salt, chopped dill and sour cream.
Stir the salad.
